Frequently Asked Questions

1. What materials do you use in your ceramics and jewellery?

All our ceramics are crafted from high-quality, durable clay and finished with food-safe glazes. Our jewelry pieces are made using a variety of premium materials such as sterling silver, semi-precious stones, and hand-picked beads. Each material is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and longevity.

2. Are your products truly handmade?

Yes! Every item in our shop is meticulously handcrafted by myself. This means that each piece is unique, with slight variations that add to its charm and character.

3. How should I care for my handmade ceramics?

To ensure the longevity of your ceramics, we recommend handwashing them with mild soap and warm water. While many of our pieces are dishwasher safe, handwashing preserves their beauty and durability. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.

4. How do I care for my handmade jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Clean with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain its shine.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is handmade with care, so processing times vary. Typically, items ship within 5-7 business days.  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer international shipping. Shipping costs and times vary based on location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Although this is currently in process, soon to come on this website!
